Brief Overview

The VapeXhale Cloud EVO is a lightweight desktop unit that features an all glass vapor path and convection heating. This unit is compatible with your aromatic blends as well as concentrate materials and is usually used with a glass hydratube or a dryglass mouthpiece.
See User Guides Tab below for full usage information.

Using Your Cloud EVO

A: The Cloud EVO is simple to use. Load your medium-ground materials into the screen chamber about halfway, put the screen cap on top, and insert the screen chamber into the glass part on the top of the unit.

Plug it in, turn the power switch on and then set your temperature using the dial. The glass chamber on the top of the unit will turn red to indicate that it is heating up, and when it has reached your desired temperature, the light will turn green.

Depending on which glass piece you use with your Cloud EVO, you can fill it with water for a smooth and cooler vapor experience.

A: A medium or coarse grind works best with the Cloud EVO.
A: The Cloud EVO heats up in just under 3 minutes.
A: The consistency of your grind, the draw rate and the temperature will all play a role in the vapor quality.
A: Room temperature to past the point of vaporization.
A: The temperature is adjusted by using the dial on the front of the unit. It does not have a temperature display, but you raise the temperature by moving the dial clockwise and counterclockwise to lower it.
A: The Cloud EVO actually does not require too much stirring, but it can help. You can even shake the screen chamber instead of stirring if you prefer.
A: The Cloud EVO is compatible with solid concentrates, but you will need to purchase the VapeXNail attachment.
A: Yes, but you may need a plug adapter for plugs outside North America.
A: No, you do not have to fill the screen chamber completely, halfway will do!
A: The unit itself by the heating chamber does get warm, but there is a really handy sleeve that you put over the unit so you can hold on to it with no problem!
A: The Cloud Evo does not come with extra batteries.
A: If there is a malfunction due to the battery, it will be covered under the warranty.
A: The Cloud EVO uses convection heating.
A: It is possible that the Cloud EVO can overheat your blends past the point of vaporization.
A: About halfway is perfect, but you can fill a bit more if you prefer.
A: No, there is no auto-shutoff on the Cloud EVO so you will have to remember to turn it off when you are finished!
A: Yes, they are screen chambers and you load your material in them.
A: You can leave it plugged in but always turn off the power switch when you are not using it for your safety.
A: Not unless you want to change it from what temperature the dial was on last.

Cleaning & Maintenance

A: The Cloud EVO is really easy to clean as there are not a lot of parts that get dirty. You will want to pay attention to the screen chamber and your glass piece the most.

Always make sure your vaporizer is COMPLETELY dry before plugging it back in.

Do not attempt any internal or external repairs to your unit as doing so may cause fatal injury – or worse – void your warranty! (Please contact us if you feel something is wrong with your vaporizer.)

Keep your vape clean! This will result in the best performance, and not cause any unnecessary stress on the machine. Like any high-tech equipment, you should handle your Cloud EVO with care. Make certain it is packaged well during transport.

A: The only spare parts you really need to be concerned about are the screen chamber and your glass piece. To clean the screen chamber you can soak it in isopropyl alcohol, and your glass piece can be cleaned with water and/or isopropyl alcohol as well to remove any residue.
A: As often as you’d like or when you can see residue starting to build up.
A: You don’t really need any extra tools other than some isopropyl alcohol, and maybe a damp washcloth to wipe down the outside of the unit if it needs it.
A: You can buy extra screen chambers if needed.
A: If you get anything on the outside of the unit you can just use a damp washcloth to wipe it down. The screen chambers will also need to be cleaned when residue starts to build, and you can clean those by soaking them in isopropyl alcohol.
A: The screen chambers.
A: Yes! You can use isopropyl alcohol to clean the grinder and rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary.

Getting the Most Out of Your Cloud EVO

  • For faster warm up time, you can turn the dial all the way to the clockwise (around the 5 o clock position) and wait for the light to turn green. Once it turns green, you can move it to any position on the dial and just wait for the green light and you are ready to go.
  • A half filled chamber with coarsely ground material works best.

Cloud EVO Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Soak the chamber screens in isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue.
  • Clean your glass pieces with water and isopropyl alcohol, rinse and repeat if necessary.

Try these Solutions to common issues:

A: If your Cloud EVO is not heating up, make sure that it is plugged in correctly. If it’s plugged in, the power switch is on and it is still not heating, you may need to send your unit in for warranty services.
A: There are many variables at play here. The consistency of the grind of your aromatic blend, the amount of blend in the heating chamber, how evenly the chamber is loaded…A good baseline to start with is the Following:

  • A consistent grind (all ground particles are of roughly the same size)
  • A medium-level grind, as opposed to a fine grind. Think freshly cracked pepper, vs finely ground pepper. It is recommended to break your blends up by hand. Most grinders will create too fine a grind for the Cloud EVO.
  • A half full heating chamber, but not loaded tightly.
  • Vary your draw rate. Slow down a bit, and see if the vapor qualities change.
Yes, it is possible that the Cloud EVO can overheat your blends past the point of vaporization. To prevent this, start at a lower temperature and work your way up slowly to the higher temperatures.
