Brief Overview

With 3 fan speeds, two delivery methods, and a digital temperature control display, the Vapir ONE v5.0 provides amazing versatility at an affordable price. The Vapir ONE allows you to utilize whip style or balloon inflation delivery method to suit your mood. Vapir has also upgraded version 5.0 to include 35% larger balloons and a more efficient heating element.

Using Your Vapir One v5.0

A: We highly recommend viewing the Vapir One User Guide on the left; here are a few important instructions from Vapir that are worth repeating:

IMPORTANT OPERATING NOTES

  • DUE TO HIGH AIR PRESSURE, TEMPERATURES MAY FLUCTUATE SEVERAL DEGREES CAUSING THE GREEN LIGHT TO FLICKER BETWEEN RED AND GREEN. THIS IS NORMAL.
  • It is imperative that you place your Vaporizer ́s fan setting on the HIGH or H position when starting it up. Failure to do this may cause damage to your Vaporizer that is not covered under warranty. This vaporizer has 3 Fan speed settings: L for LOW, M for MEDIUM and H for HIGH. The unit should always be started on H for HIGH so that it can properly achieve the speed it requires. The unit might not operate properly if it is not started on the HIGH position. If the unit is heated without the fan on, it could possibly overheat and cause damage to the unit that is not covered by the warranty In the event that this occurs, immediately turn it off and restart on HIGH.
  • If your fan ever turns off or you notice it is not on, immediately turn the unit to the off position, adjust the fan speed to H (HIGH position), and turn the unit on with the heat off (heat is the large button with a flame on it). Do this for 5 minutes. It should cool your device for usage.
  • Never unplug or turn your unit off until it has had sufficient time to cool down. Always leave the fan running without heat for a minimum of 5 minutes after each use.
  • As a safety precaution, your unit is equipped with an internal safety switch. This switch will disable your unit should it ever overheat. If your unit malfunctions or stops heating, leave the fan on H (High position) for 20 minutes to cool the unit down. Then, turn your unit off. At this time, it is safe to either restart the unit or unplug it and store.
  • Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning. Always make sure your unit is completely dry before turning it on. Do not attempt any repairs to your unit as doing so may cause fatal injury or void your warranty!
A: Eject the Disk Drive by pressing release switch and pulling out the drawer.

Use the supplied plastic tweezers to carefully remove the hot disk. Never touch the disk right after use! OR…

Remove the drawer from the Vapir ONE unit. Without touching the hot disk, shake the drawer and allow the disk to fall into a metal or ceramic dish.

A: The Vapir One prefers medium to medium-fine grinds.
A: Roughly two minutes should allow the Vapir ONE to heat up sufficiently.
A: Yes. The Vapir One has no temperature memory.
A: There are many factors at play here, including grind consistency(are all the particles roughly the same size?), grind level(fine, medium, coarse), moisture content of your blend, chamber fullness, etc.

Altering these variables will allow you to tailor the output of the Vapir One to your personal preference.

A: The Vapir One was designed for use with aromatic blends, we do not recommend using liquids or concentrates in the Vapir One, it may void your warranty.
A: Vape World only carries the 110v North American version. Please contact Vapir for more information.
A: The ONE is capable of temperatures from 140°F to 400°F (45°C to 204°C).
A: 400°F (204°C)
A: The temperature readings will fluctuate naturally within 10 degrees when you are heating and using the Vapir One. The heating systems continually makes adjustments to maintain your desired temperature.
A: Generally if you have thin vapors from the Vapir One, its caused by not enough blend being loaded. The Vapir One can handle any amount of blend, however the less you use, the thinner the vapors will be.

Its also possible that your temperature is set a degree or five too low.

A: Yes, there is a switch on the unit that allows for temperature reading conversion.
A: There are a lot of materials at play here. The heating chamber disc is stainless steel, and that is surrounded by ceramics. There is also silicone and plastics used. The tubing and balloons are all plastics.

Regarding the use of Plastics, from Vapir:

All of our products are made of high grade heat-resistant material. According to MSDS (Material Safety Date Sheet) Vapir Vaporizers do not release any VOC (volatile organic compounds), even at the highest operating temperature. We do not use glue in the Vapir ONE v5.o Vaporizer, rather a high temperature food-grade epoxy to secure craftsmanship. The actual Vapir ONE v5.o unit casing is a high-temperature Nylon-Fiberglass compound. The unit is designed to operate within this high temperature range of up to and including 400 degrees Fahrenheit, this is why you can hold the unit in your hand even at these high temperatures and feel very little – to no heat. The blend chamber is made out of brass and produces a very clean heat, hence there are no VOC’s given off by the Vapir ONE v5.o unit at any time.

Furthermore, Vapir is committed to continuous testing of all our products for quality control and to ensure that we deliver the highest quality and safest products possible to our clients. As you can see, we take the high quality of our product very seriously. Therefore, you need not worry.

A: The heating element in the Vapir One is ceramic.
A: With a top-end temperature of 400°F (204°C), as long as you have the correct temperature set for your particular blend, you should never experience over-heating.
A: Its important for peak Vapir One performance that you don’t the disc too tightly. Full is fine, and smaller amounts work great as well.
A: As long as you don’t fill the disc too tightly, you should never have a need to stir.
A: The auto shutoff is set for ten minutes and is not adjustable. As the fan is running at all times when the ONE is on, you will find that you don’t leave the unit on when not in use. The sound of the fan is a bit of a reminder to turn it off.

As a general safety rule, do not leave the Vapir One unattended while powered on.

A: None, technically. The blend disc chambers do have screens in the top lid and also the bottom, but they are welded in. The discs are super convenient if you have a bunch, and of course we have you covered with 6 or 10-pack replacement sets!
A: The fan on the ONE isn’t ‘loud’, but it is noticeable. Its definitely louder than a computer fan, but nowhere near a hair dryer fan.

Cleaning & Maintenance

A: Always unplug the vaporizer from the electrical outlet and allow to cool COMPLETELY before cleaning, 30 minutes should be sufficient.

Always make sure your vaporizer is COMPLETELY dry before plugging it back in.

Do not attempt any internal or external repairs to your unit as doing so may cause fatal injury – or worse – void your warranty! (Please contact us if you feel something is wrong with your vaporizer. )

The disc chambers and silicone sleeve can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Wash the hose in warm soapy water, manipulating the hose to dislodge any stubborn buildup. When your balloons get dirty, replace with a fresh new one. Do not attempt to clean the balloons.

A: Inspect your disc chambers and all parts that come in contact with vapor. They will experience buildup at different rates, so check periodically for performance sapping buildup and clean as needed.
A: Only the stainless steel crucible or the internal silicone sleeve can be cleaned with alcohol. Use warm soapy water to clean the rest of the parts. Make sure everything is rinsed thoroughly and allowed to dry completely before use.
A: Any and all parts that are along the vapor path will eventually collect buildup. Check periodically and clean as necessary.
A: We carry an assortment of replacement parts for the ONE.
A: A warm damp cloth, a chenile stick, and isopropyl alcohol are excellent cleaners of the Vapir. USE CAUTION never to bring liquids near the ONE or vice versa.

Getting the most out of your Vapir One

  • Never block the air intake grills on the bottom of the Vapir One. Ever.
  • The heating discs will be EXTREMELY hot after use. When you eject them, use great care not come in contact with them, either dump out into a metal or ceramic dish, or use the included plastic tweezers to do the same.
  • IMPORTANT: In order to prevent overheating your blends, the drawer should be removed every time PRIOR to turning the fan speed up. Once fan speed has been changed and is up to proper running speed you can insert the drawer and immediately being vaporizing.

Maintenance

Keeping your Vapir One clean is the best way to ensure its peak performance.

ALWAYS UNPLUG THE Vapir One BEFORE CLEANING AND ALLOW IT TO COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE CLEANING. NEVER BRING LIQUIDS NEAR THE Vapir One OR VICE VERSA.

  • The blend disc and internal silicone sleeve will take most of the buildup. Soaking in isopropyl alcohol will clean them perfectly.
  • To clean the hose, soak in warm soapy water and manipulate the hose if needed to dislodge any stubborn buildup. Rinse twice and allow to air dry before use.
  • The Vapir One body can be cleaned with a warm damp cloth. Always unplug the ONE before cleaning, and allow it to cool down. Never bring liquids near the ONE.
  • Emptying the wand immediately after use will cut down on the buildup you experience.
  • Soaking the discs in isopropyl alcohol should remove any buildup, use a small soft brush if necessary.
  • When you balloon becomes dirty, replace it. We have replacement balloons available.

Need Assistance with your Vapir One?

Try these Solutions to common issues:

A: Is the ONE plugged in? Are you getting any lights? If you get no activity when you turn it on, verify its the unit by trying a different outlet, and also ensure the plug is secure in its power port on the ONE. Wiggle slightly to test for looseness. If you still get no activity from the ONE, please contact us so we can determine if you need to contact Vapir for warranty service.
A: Visible vapor will not always be present. Vapor is very different from the effect of over-heating. Even in the absence of visible vapor, the unit is still emitting potent vapors. The vapor emitted after you first insert your drive is some of the most flavorful and most beneficial vapor in your entire session, regardless of the fact that it may be mostly invisible.

If you feel that no vapor is being produced whatsoever, ensure the heater is on and set to the proper temperature. If all the settings seem correct and you don’t feel any heat being emanated from the ONE, please contact us.

A: This is rare and hard to achieve, but if this occuring, immediately turn the set tempurature down ensure the fan speed is on high. Allow it to adjust to the new temperature for a minute or two. If the set temperature is absolutely within the correct range and you are still over-heating, please contact us.
